Pickup

Picking up your order

  1. Pick up your order inside the Shorts House at the Bellevue Botanical Garden.
  2. Please leave a name & number (we might have to contact you via text/call).
  3. Most importantly: please get our attention at the register so we can bring out your order! We don’t want to leave it out on the pick-up table (in case of accidental taking by another customer).

FAQ

Do you have drip coffee?

While we are an espresso cart and that is our main focus, we do offer drip coffee on weekends, holidays and special events (Garden d’Lights) when it is more busy and prudent to do so.

What coffee beans do you use?

Sleepy Monk Espresso Blend or Sleepy Monk Decaf Espresso Blend (Swiss Water processed) for espresso drinks, Sleepy Monk Monastery Blend for drip, and Sleepy Monk’s Dark Guatemalan roast for cold brew. Fair trade and organic beans only.

What are your milk options?

Our default is whole milk. Depending on availability, we also offer non-fat, 1%, 2%, breve (half and half) or heavy cream, plus Pacific Barista Series coconut, oat, soy and unsweetened almond milk.

Do you have blended drinks?

Unfortunately no. We are a very small operation. Just a coffee cart! We can happily make your espresso or tea drinks over ice.

I have food allergies, can you help me out?

Absolutely, we keep ingredient lists for products we carry near our register. Just ask to see!

I have a big party coming in, can you accommodate us?
