Copper Kettle Coffee Bar is a local, minority women-owned coffee cart located inside the Shorts House of Bellevue Botanical Garden. Sleepy Monk organic espresso, Macrina Bakery pastries and a view that’s hard to beat.

Our story
Meet Christina
Born in Korea and raised in Seattle, Christina Dong, Owner of Copper Kettle Coffee Bar started hustling in her parents’ restaurant at the age of five. From greeting customers to cleaning up the tables, the customer-centric and entrepreneurial spirit was in her blood before she knew it.
In 2018, at her parents’ restaurant was where she met Tony, the founder of CKC, who was looking for the perfect person to take over his business. Everything fell into place as Dong took the business into her hands and fulfilled her entrepreneur dream. She continues to take pride in incorporating her roots-inspired specialty drinks into the menu.
We also take pride in sourcing our organic coffee from Sleepy Monk in Cannon Beach and supporting other local businesses in the Greater Seattle area, including Macrina Bakery, Macadons, Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery, and others.
